(1) The first is general for all of His Servants, where Allah accompanies them by His Hearing, Seeing and Knowledge for verily, Allah, the Most High, is the All-Hearer, Seer, and Knower of all His servants condition.
Fear ALLAH: for ALLAH is well-acquainted with (all) that ye do.{59:18}.
Fear ALLAH, for ALLAH knoweth well the secrets of your hearts.{5:7}.
Fear ALLAH and know that ALLAH sees well what ye do.{2:233}.
Fear ALLAH: for ALLAH is He Who hears and knows all things.{49:1}.
Fear ALLAH; for ALLAH is Witness to all things.{33:55}.
He is with you whersoever ye may be. And Allah sees well all that ye do.{57:4}.
Seest thou not that Allah doth know (all) that is in the heavens and on earth?
There is not a secret consultation between three, but He is the fourth of them,
nor between five but he is the sixth,
nor between fewer nor more, but He is with them,
whersoever they be: in the end will He tell them what they did on the Day of Judgment. For Allah Has full knowledge of all things.{58:7}.
(2) As for the second type, it is a specific type of accompanying which includes Allah's help, support and aid.
..Have no fear, for Allah is with us..{9:40}.
They (Moses and Aaron) said: Our Lord we fear leat he hasten with insolence against us, or lest he transgress all bounds.
He said: Fear not: for I am with you: I hear and see (everything.{20:45-46}.
(1) ALLAH is with
* those who believe. { 8:19 }.
(2) And know that ALLAH is with
* those who fear Him.{9:123}.
(3) ALLAH is with
* those who restrain themselves and
* those who do good. { 16:128 }.
* The Mercy of ALLAH is (always) near to those who do good.{7:56}.
(4) ALLAH is with
* those who do right. { 29:69 }.
* My Mercy extendeth to all things. That (Mercy) i shall ordain for
those who do right .. {7:156}.
(5) Be patient and persevering: for
ALLAH is with
* those who patiently persevere. { 8:46 }.
(6) ALLAH is with
* those who steadfastly persevere. { 2:249 }.
(7) Fear ALLAH, and know that ALLAH is with
* those who restrain themselves.{2:194}.
